KVKK Notice (Türkiye)

This notice is given under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), which applies to us as a company established in Türkiye. If you are in the EU or EEA, the Privacy Policy is the document that describes your GDPR rights.

2. Personal data we process

Identity: your name
Contact details: email address, and telephone number if you provide one
Transaction details: the content of your contact form message and the language of the page you wrote from
Security data: IP address, browser type and requested page, recorded by our hosting provider

3. Purposes of processing

Receiving, assessing and answering your enquiry
Providing information about our products and services at your request
Conducting our business activities and commercial relationships
Keeping the website secure and preventing automated abuse
Measuring visitor numbers anonymously

4. Legal grounds

We process your data without requiring explicit consent, relying on the following grounds in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

(c) processing is necessary in connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract
(ç) processing is necessary for the controller to fulfil a legal obligation
(f) processing is necessary for the controller's legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms

5. Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by wholly or partly automated means, when you complete the contact form on our website. Unless you complete that form, nothing identifying you is sent to us during your visit.

6. Transfers

In line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, and limited to the purposes above, your data is shared with the suppliers we use: Cloudflare for hosting and security, and MXRoute for email.

Because these providers operate global infrastructure, your data may be processed abroad. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing.

The map on our contact page does not load until you click it, so no data reaches Google unless you choose to open it.

7. Your rights under Article 11

to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
to request erasure or destruction under the conditions in Article 7
to request that any correction or erasure be notified to third parties who received the data
to object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you
to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

8. How to apply

Submit your request in writing to 77 Sok. No. 55B Göztepe Mahallesi, Konak / Izmir, or by email to info@pgbusinesspartners.com from an address you have previously registered with us, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Your application should state your name, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number where applicable, an address for notification, a telephone number if available, and the subject of your request.

We will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest. Where the process incurs a cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
