This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it. We have deliberately built the site to collect as little as possible: it sets no cookies, uses no advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers on a normal page view.

2. What we collect, and when
We only receive personal data in two situations.
| Contact form | Your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, the content of your message, and the language of the page you wrote from. |

3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis

4. Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner, because nothing is stored on your device and nothing about you is tracked between visits.
5. Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It is privacy-focused by design: it uses no cookies, no local storage and no device fingerprinting, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites.
Visits are counted by observing which page views arrive from a different website, not by storing an identifier on your device. The reports we see are aggregate totals — visitor counts and page addresses — and contain nothing that identifies an individual.
6. Spam protection on the contact form
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes people from automated scripts. It performs this check without the puzzles a CAPTCHA would ask you to solve, and Cloudflare states that it does not use it to track users across websites. It runs only on pages that contain the form.
7. Third parties that receive data
We keep this list as short as we can, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

8. Fonts and other assets
All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. Unlike many websites, we do not load fonts from Google or scripts from public CDNs, so no third party is contacted merely because you opened a page.
9. International transfers
We are based in Türkiye, so data you send us is processed there. Our hosting and email providers operate globally and may process data outside your country. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries are kept in our mailboxes for as long as the business relationship or its follow-up requires, and are deleted when there is no longer a reason to hold them. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Cloudflare on its own retention schedule and cannot be traced back to you. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we process it, including any processing based on legitimate interest
- receive your data in a portable format
- complain to a data protection authority in your country
12. How to exercise them
Write to info@pgbusinesspartners.com and tell us what you would like. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to somebody else.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
